These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website angiesmithsummitconsulting.com, the UnBreakable Life Coaching program, "The Books That Shaped Me" podcast, speaking and consulting services, and any related communications (collectively, the "Services") offered by Angie Smith Summit Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a call, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Angie Smith Summit Consulting is a faith-forward coaching and consulting practice based in Georgetown, Texas. Angie Smith is a certified UnBreakable Life Coach, trained and certified through Theresa Pore's UnBreakable Enterprises program. Angie Smith Summit Consulting did not create the UnBreakable Life Coaching methodology and delivers it under certification from its original creator.
2. Description of Services
We offer coaching services, including but not limited to the UnBreakable Life 12-week coaching program (available in group and one-on-one formats), public speaking and keynote engagements, podcast content, and related digital content and communications. Program details, pricing, and formats are described on our website and are subject to change at our discretion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or enter into a coaching agreement with us. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Coaching Is Not Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice
Coaching services provided by Angie Smith Summit Consulting are for personal and professional development purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Angie Smith is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, attorney, or financial advisor, and no coaching relationship formed through our Services should be treated as such. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances, and participation. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or life outcomes from participation in our programs.
5. Payment, Fees, and Cancellations
Fees for coaching programs, speaking engagements, and other paid Services are set out at the time of booking or enrollment. Payment is due according to the terms provided to you at booking. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, fees are non-refundable once a coaching program has begun, reflecting the reserved time and resources committed to your engagement. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for individual sessions will be communicated to you directly and are subject to reasonable notice requirements.
6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, forms, or booking tools, you consent to receive text messages from Angie Smith Summit Consulting, including appointment reminders, coaching program updates, scheduling communications, and occasional marketing messages about our programs, podcast, and speaking engagements.

- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person, to violate any applicable law, or to interfere with the operation of our website or programs.

All content on our website and within our programs, including but not limited to text, coaching materials, podcast episodes, graphics, logos, and the "UnBreakable Life," "Summit Consulting," and "The Books That Shaped Me" names and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites or services, including podcast hosting platforms, YouTube, social media, and our customer relationship and scheduling platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angie Smith Summit Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angie Smith Summit Consulting, its owner, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
